i'm wearing dads big flannel shirt right now, i feel so nice.
i am so excited to tell you two that i am blogging from my new macbook! i just got it yesterday... it came packaged all sleekly, it smelled wonderful, and i really love my new life with it. its so bomb. i feel like i should just hang out in coffeeshops all day in cute skirts and glasses.
this weekend my lab had this pool party at Yannis's apartment complex (which was very nice by the way, we had the option of three different swimming pools that were all gorgeous!). it was so great! i love it more and more here. my favorite man, avinash, brought his wife and two little boys-they are so freakin' cute! they are from india and i'm convinced avinash is the cutest dad in the whole world. he laughs a lot. so we just swam, hung out by the pool, there were candles on the tables (classy, right?), i pretended that i was drinking the wine. it was so great. and there was oreos. double stuffed.
where would i escape to? oregon. their state animal is the beaver.
so i have some questions for you guys because i think its fun.

ands, i was super happy when we talked the other day. it reminded me of when i lived in logan and i'd always talk to you and we'd laugh and laugh or make sweet goals or think of sweet ideas. i really love us. and i love you lisa.
to answer your question luc, i come back probably the 26th of july. we get done the 24th, which is a friday, but i'm driving back with my friend kathryn and it will take us like two days. yes, abnormal amounts of time will be spent in the car. but i'm really excited mainly because i love road trips. probably more than anything.
